 ½ tsp sweet paprika
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp cumin
 ½ tsp onion powder

 ½ tsp brown sugar
 1 tsp olive oil
 1 tsp flour
 50 g milk
 50 g water
 50 g cooked rice
 250 g ground meat
 4 Tortillas
 100 g grated cheese
 1 tsp butter
 2 tsp spice mix
 2 tsp greek yogurt
 1 tsp chopped cilantro
 1 tsp lime juice
 1 tsp chipotle adobo

We begin by preparing the spice mix and for this it is necessary to mix them all and set aside.

To prepare the cheese sauce, add a little butter and olive oil in a frying pan and let them melt.

Once this step is completed, add the flour and fry for a few minutes or until a paste is obtained.

Once the paste is ready, the next step is to add the milk and mix very well avoiding any lumps.

To the paste mixture add a little of the spice mix and continue stirring until it boils.

Once it reaches boiling point, remove from the heat and add the cheese and continue stirring for a few more minutes.

Now it is time to prepare the meat and to do so, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and place it over medium heat. Once the oil is hot add the minced meat along with a teaspoon of spice mix to your liking and continue mixing until the ingredients are well blended.

Allow the meat to simmer for 5 minutes.

The next step will be to add chipotle to the meat and water and cook for 2 more minutes, you must verify that the mixture does not dry completely.

Remove the meat from the fire and keep it.

Do not throw away the leftovers left in the pan because they will serve to give "more flavor" to the rice.

With the previously prepared rice you only want it to take on the flavor of the meat, so place the pan back on the heat, but this time at a very low level and pour the rice with a teaspoon of fresh cilantro and a little lemon juice.

The coloring of the rice will change a little, and at that moment you should remove it from the heat.

When it is time to assemble the burritos, take one of the larger tortillas and pour at least half of the cheese sauce on it until it covers the size of the small tortilla.

On top of the cheese sauce place the grated cheese and briefly sprinkle with the spice mix.

Press down more tortillas until you are sure that they are stuck together properly. On top of the top tortilla, pour a little meat and rice and then the yogurt. Make sure the filling does not come out of the small tortilla.

Start to close the tortilla, making sure that the filling is tightly packed in the filling and then fold the sides inwards. This will prevent the filling from coming out of the taco.

Again in a frying pan pour just a few drops of oil and place the tacos to seal and turn every 3 minutes. Leave them on the heat until they turn golden brown and that's it.
