 1 chicken breast
 200 ml olive oil
For the marinade
 1 dash tarragon
 1 dash thyme
 1 dash dill
 water
 150 g flour
 ¼ tsp Cayenne
 ½ tsp Pimentón dulce
 ½ tsp Curry
 50 g cornstarch
For the crunchy touch
 1 dash dill
 1 dash thyme
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp cayenne
 ¼ tsp Curry
 ½ tsp paprika
 150 g flour

In a bowl, add the thyme, sweet paprika, pepper, cayenne, curry, dill, cornstarch, tarragon, garlic powder and mix very well.

Then, add water and continue mixing until you obtain a result without lumps.

Once this is done, chop the chicken breast into small pieces. These pieces should be placed in a bowl and add the marinade, making sure they are well covered.

Cover the chicken with kitchen paper, put it in the refrigerator and let it rest for 3 hours.

While the marinade is marinating, prepare the batter mixture. In a bowl, add the garlic powder, dill, ground cayenne, flour, paprika, curry and mix well.

Dredge all the chicken pieces in the batter mixture.

In a saucepan or frying pan add enough oil and place over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot pour in the marinated chicken pieces and fry them.

You will know the chicken is ready when it takes on a golden color, and all you have to do is enjoy.
