For the hot sauce
 ¼ Ground pepper
 ½ Sriracha Sauce
 ½ Red cayenne pepper
 ¼ cup Salted butter, melted
 ½ Honey
 ¼ cup Frank's Red Hot

Pour the oil into a frying pan and let it heat over medium heat.

In a bowl add water, egg, red cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, ground pepper and sea salt and mix.

In a tray with flour you will pass the cauliflower pieces, be sure to cover them very well, then dip the cauliflower in the bowl with beaten egg and pass it again in the flour.

By this time the oil will be hot, take the cauliflower pieces to the pan and leave them on the heat until they take on a golden color.
