 5 chicken thighs
 10 g Salt
 5 g paprika
 oil
 5 g garlic powder
 1 dash pepper
 40 g cornstarch
 650 g Kéfir
 300 g flour
 1 tsp kétchup
 1 tsp sweet bell pepper
 2 tsp mayonnaise
 1 tsp honey
 1 tsp grain mustard
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 1 burger bun
 Goiko sauce
 2 bacon slices
 2 slices of cheddar cheese
 1 lettuce leaf

Wash the skin off the thighs and put them in a bowl with the kefir, black pepper and salt and mix well.

Let the chicken rest wrapped in kitchen paper for about 3 hours.

Add in a bowl the dijon mustard, sweet bell pepper, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, mustard grains, mix and set aside in the fridge.

Then, in a cold frying pan, place the bacon slices and take them to medium-high heat and let them cook for 15 minutes or until they adopt a crunchy texture and turn golden brown.

Next, heat oil to 150°.

In a bowl pour the garlic, sweet paprika powder, cornstarch and flour and mix very well until a homogeneous paste is formed.
